We provide 7 day availability for marketing, call screening, and showings of your property. Thorough credit, criminal, rental reference, and employment verification checks are completed for any applicants at no cost to you. Furthermore, we will work together with you to decide if we have the right tenant fit, while ensuring we are working within fair housing requirements.
Once a tenant is approved for move-in to the property, we take the necessary steps to secure the tenant and prepare any lease paperwork necessary to begin tenancy. A walkthrough assessment is done to ensure tenant is being provided with rent ready home, as well as to document condition of property at tenant move-in.
